If youre on the "do not call list" that does NOT prevent your BILL COLLECTORS from calling you. When you sign the application for credit, it says in FINE PRINT that you agree to allow them to call your dead beat lazy [***] if you should become deliquent on your account. Are you all retarded? Good lord!
i'm considering this a phishing call. because anybody who would call to collect on a debt that is not behind is payments is looking for bank account info. don't give ANY info to these people over the phone!
They just started calling. They want their money. I don't blame them. I need to make payment arrangements but it's hard to pay when you don't have a dime. Gonna start giving the CC companies my ex's name and number. He's the one that was paying the bills and has decided to stop paying anything, including child support. Jerk.
