An auto dialer. If you didn't answer, call them back and chose option #9 to be removed from their list or just block their number entirely.
Pure spam call.
This is the second number that called me with the same message. I called from my Google Voice number so I won't have to worry about returned calls. A guy says, "Thanks for calling. The survey that we called you for is now finished." The number that called me (literally) right before this one was (678) 459-2451. Block these 2 numbers and move on
