These dirt bag lowlifes are going to pay dearly someday if we can get the government to act on it. Nobody deserves unsolicited calls. Shame on all phone companies that allow this behavior. Call your company EVERY time it happens. They may credit you the missing minutes and/or charges. It's worth at least trying.
They keep calling my prepaid cell # . a little research shows it as " The enrollment center". When I answered the phone ( a robo call ) said they were calling to offer me health insurance.
