This # was using a Nebraska # first. Every VM they leave says they are filing a case against me that day, same message over and over. I called, lady was rude and advised they are a fraud investigation group but when I asked for credentials she immediately stopped taking and put another guy on the phone who was very evasive and finally said my number was listed in error and hung up on me. Very very shady, do not give them ANY info.
This has been happening to me for months. Previously, it was a 402 area code. Now, I answered, and the same message that I have a court case against me and must speak to someone. I dialed "1" to speak to an investigator, and told the woman on the phone to stop calling my number. She laughed and asked if that is how I speak to people. I answered "Yes, when they harass and call me constantly." She laughed and started singing and laughing and saying, "We aren't going to quit calling you" in a very sing-song voice, taunting me. I don't know what else to say. I don't know how to make it stop. If anyone knows a way to report these numbers immediately, would love to know. I am on every DNC registry that exists, state, federal, everything. My suspicion is they are trying to scare people into obtaining personal information such as social security numbers and bank information by saying they can abominate a case against them. Do not give any information to any number from this area code - the last four digits will change the next time!

Same Nebraska spammers now spoofing GA numbers. Saying the same crap in VM, saying it's the last and final call, there's going to be a case filed in the state, etc etc.
I'm tired of this woman's voice.
They called me. He called himself investigator something or other. He tried to tell me I owed on a loan but he was way off base. He was so annoyed that he couldnt scare me and even more annoyed when I hung up on him. He called back screaming at me that Im going to jail. What a tool! It's the same man and women the man I think called himself Jordan Price. They are also calling from a 614 number and a 770 number. Dont listen to them. Hang up. Block the number and report it to the police. Make them get new numbers or phones, till it not worth it anymore. Email your local news channel till they run a story no matter how small. If they reference a bank call the bank - make them start their own investigation. Dont be scared make some noise, start some trouble of your own.
