Name is well known here and her last name is fitting since she is a criminal.  Trying to scare people into paying her extortion money.
This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

This Rebecca Outlaw idiot and then some other young lady - never give up.  Every single day they call with another number.  Same stupid verbage - govern yourself accordingly, waive right to counsel, complaint or motion has been filed with your social attached, do you want representation when your served, fraud division, blah - blah - blah!  You would think they would give up once they find out that you are not scared of them and that it is a scam but the poor things keep trying.  I seriously feel sorry for them.  They must really need a job and can't get work anywhere else but running this scam.  It is probably going to land them in jail.  FBI has this scam on their radar and eventually will bust them and prosecute them.  They are desperate to collect on internet payday loans that were not licensed in most states and some not in any state and therefore they cannot do anything legally to collect on any defaulted loans.  Because of this - they have resorted to breaking the law to collect.  They lie, use scare tactics and made up names and probably over 100 different telephone numbers in an attempt to collect.  IGNORE THEM!!! BLOCK THEM!!! and DELETE THEIR CALLS!  If you feel the need to repay your loans then contact the company directly and pay them.  DO NOT give these pathetic crooks a dime!
