CallerID just said "Atlanta GA", which is where area code 678 is. Since I work from home and don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or numbers not clearly ID'd by CallerID, I let the answering machine take the call. Unlike most telemarketing calls, this one did leave a message. It's a company selling life insurance "so your loved ones don't have to be burdened by your funeral expenses ". However, message or not, the call was illegal since I am on the Do Not Call registry ( not that that makes much difference). So, their number is now blocked.
Can't these people find a legitimate way to earn a living? There is no way I am answering a call that does not identify itself let alone do business with such a company. What are they hiding?
