Demand a legitimate, physical address in which to mail a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, Let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them for intentionally harassing a non-debtor.
A man with an Indian accent who was hard to understand said it was in regards to some personal business. I hung up. I can only assume it is a medical debt collector since that is all that I have that could be collected on.
