they text and said 'hey ladies im a former escort i support all my independant ladies i work at western union now and i flip money so if you interested hmu 300=5000 400=6000' sound like a scam too good to be true may be cops i dont trust it
I got a strikingly similar text message just a few minutes ago. I live all the way in Washington State, it was from a different number, but the area code was Georgia. I just put in some of the key words from the text message into the google search engine and came up ur post. It would be helpful if u could give me any other information you have found in regards to this weird text message. The phone number I got the text from was 478-420-0822

I believe this May be the same person guys! She told me she was an escort and trying to get back into business. She said I should invest 200, send it Western Union to myself, get a GreenDot card, and it will take a half hour. She says she works for Western Unin. I was lucky enough to research this and dodge getting ripped off, but I was close to doing it. People please everyone is going through something, just pray and count your blessings! Do not let these scums scam you! We are better than this!
When you walk into a Western Union office they hand you a form to fill out. But before you fill it out, there is very large black print on page 1 of the form. On it, it lists ALL the things that Western Union is NOT to be used for. A fee for a loan, a fee to claim a prize, to purchase a product, those are all well known advance fee scams, but there on the form: Do not send money to anyone you do not personally know. Western Union is for family, & friends. Real ones, not the ones you met on the internet. Any request to use Western Union, or any wire transfer (CASH) where you do not know the person, is a scam. Every time.
