[email protected] -- this is the service provider ( phone co) let them know this business is in violation of the terms of service and aup ( acceptable use police )
document the date and time of calls if you have told them to stop harassing you and or your business.... This can be used as proof of the calls which the service provider will look at to see if the calls were made...
Google a phone finder like http://www.Localcallingguide.Com which i use with a few others..
This will tell you the service provider--- once you have this information call the provider ask for the fraud or harassment dept,,, or compliance dept....
Once you verify the number is from said provider google the word ( abuse ) @ and whatever provider it is under....
Now send an email with as much information ( date-times ) call were made and what i said above about in violation of tos and aup because they wont stop calling you...
