I pick up the phone and a lady is specifically asking for the first and last name of my husband. I ask who is calling for him, and she goes right into "Hello, (insert hubby's name here), etc..." I nicely stop her and ask again who is calling, because I was not (insert hubby's name here)...
...and SHE snottily says, "Well, if you are not Brian, I must have the WRONG number; goodBYE and have yourSELF a WONDERFUL DAYYY..." before hanging up like the non-professional she is. We have Caller ID that said BrighterBrain with the number 1-678-701-9513. Called the number back to hear a voicemail with the SAME voice that just spoke rudely to me. Left a message to never call my home again.
