Probably a scammer. Called my land line. 90% of calls to my land line are bill collectors or scammers. The remaining 10% are my mother-in-law or teenage step-son calling from the school nurse's office, faking illness, because he is tired from staying up all night playing video games.

Called-no message left. Looked up number elsewhere and replies state it seem to be related to the IRS scam. Transcentra Inc. is a real company out of Atlanta. The phone number in Atlanta for Transcentra is 678 728-2500. Transcentra does have an office in India too.
