You have give these scam artists some credit for managing to slip every possible scary word into the message without actually saying anything that's actionable. Elizabeth LAW, really?????
Same msg as Jed stated. If you notice, they don't even list a name because they are trying to scare you into answering/paying, no matter who answers. Don't respond, reply, or answer if given the chance.
