this is a phone number used by a person who recently scammed me with fraud and money theft. after i alerted authorities about the situation, this number (the scammer) kept calling me when they didn't receive their funds from their fake check. they have made multiple attempts on other artists i have spoken with as well. if you know the person whose number this is, report them to the police before anybody else gets screwed over. thank you.
