Calls up to 7-8 times a day! Told them multiple times to stop calling -- and they hang up on me. Called them back and it's impossible to get to anyone.
They keep calling me and speaking to me in Spanish. I assume this is because my last name is Batista-Pedro. I do not speak Spanish and neither does my husband. He's PORTUGUESE! I don't think they believe me though. I would ask them to remove me from their list, but I don't speak Spanish!

the bad thing is that im paying 6000$ for my sons programs and computer.
they realy stuck it to me. it really works for the kids education and its also fun for them. my kid is in kindergarden and works on 1st grade work.
