This is a scam. Not American Express.  They say they are but it's a total scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, passwords, SS#, or anything! They are phishing for information and will try to cut you a deal on outstanding balances. It's all a scam.

CID "MCR and Associa" Same Indian-Pakistan guy who calls and also says he is from Microsoft Windows Tech. When i told him you just called on Monday saying you where from Microsoft he hung up. Big time scammer! Block this number
