This is a scam !!!
Returned call and they stated they are a collection agency collecting a debt from a pay day loan through compass capital llc
They had my ss# and last 4 of my bank account #
I stated I have never taken out a pay day loan. They would not give me any information except the name compass capital llc.
I called compass capital and they informed me that this is a scam. They gave me the FBI Web site to report fraud.

Got a call from this number in a female voice claiming that two summons were outstanding and would be executed against the party called (target). The target name was given as a female Hispanic, who did not reside at the number called. This number is a brand new number being used by the same call-bot system after the first number it used was blocked. This is a call-back scam using a fake number that actually ties to another number elsewhere to which paid charges are routed (arising from calls back to the call-bot number made by targets).
This is the same person or company that also calls using the following numbers: 801-889-1957 and 501-476-5109, and probably multiple other numbers. The message is always the same, and on the same day of the week. Anyone should be able to identify just by the fact that they continuously change the caller ID number that it is a scam.
I have been getting these calls for 3 months every day. And when I figured out the number is a cell phone I text them back a pretty aggressive message to drive my point across to stop calling me. They got it which confirms they are a scam. When you call them they are hesitant to give any information on the company which is a red flag. They should be thrown in jail.
