i was left a message on my cell by a ms. mcclure and she said the last four of my SSN, i returned the call and it was about a loan i took out a couple of years ago , she told me that they was processing my paperwork for garnishment, i hung up then two weeks later I was told by the HR department in my job that they certified mail for garnishment forwarded by ms mcclure. Now i only get 30 percent of my check. They dont even leave enough money for me to pay my rent, thats not including other bills. I KNOW A LOT OF US GET A LOT OF SCAM CALLS BUT IF YOU GET A CALL FROM MS MCCLURE YOU MIGHT WHAT TO LISTEN
They say I owe money from 2010 from a loan I took out i filled bankruptcy 2 yrs ago and includes all the loans in my bankruptcy and they say they can get me for fraud by despsion and for the bounce check. They also call from different phone numbers

I dont know about that i call bull if anything federal law protects you so all they can take is up 25%. Not leave you with 30%. You either work for them or got taken.
