scammer, it's very obvious. 2 seconds into the call and he started yelling asking me to donate what what he claims to be better bullet proof vests for new jersey cops.

scammer, it's the same guy as before but with a different number.  Gets mad when I tell him I'm already supporting local Red & Blue.
