Called stating they were representing disabled vets and wanted to send out info and collect a donation.  After the first person spoke, you are then handed over to "Quality Control" for name and address.  The "quality Control" person had no clue what they were saying or doing.  Spoke very fast and kept repeating same thing over and over.  First person was a man & "quality Control" was a very young female.
