Just got a call from this number and was greeted by a recording saying, "please hold for an important business call." Yeah, right. After reading through these comments I am even more aggravated. We cancelled our Comcast services last month and returned our equipment through the UPS Store. The tracking information we received indicates our equipment was already delivered. I am a absolutely NOT surprised that Comcast isn't aware of this, and very glad I remembered to cancel my auto-pay so they can't charge me for equipment I don't have! If someone from Comcast is reading these.... Stuff like this is why you're losing customers left and right!

I don't appreciate harassing phone calls.
These calls are from Comcast Equipment Recovery.......two and three calls every day......I dont have any equipment from Comcast......I returned all Comcast equipment a week ago, and they keep calling, every day, "and we'll call every day until you return our equipoment", they said.....there must be something that can be done to fix this, Comcast is a huge company, but that doesnt give them the right to harass the public.....
