Just received a call from this number--"Obamacare"--message about enrolling if you don't have health insurance.  Blocked, as we have what we need.

Just got the call and they didn't leave any kind of message. I will block the number. I don't think they are actually calling from Georgia and I also think that the number is one of many that they will use to call with.

Criminals looking for personal information.

If you are on the DNC list, telemarketing calls are ILLEGAL.
