I think it's a scam. I find it very curious that they are trying to make good and a bad check, and yet they always have a machine dial my number. I don't even write checks on a regular basis and I'm pretty sure that I haven't bounced one, or else my bank would have covered it with my overdraft protection.... Now they are saying that they don't want to put me in jail, but that they will have to file a warrant for my arrest. I have not received any letters about this. And when I call back I got voice mail..
