Received a VM from this number from a Mr. Phillips. When I called back and asked what company he was with he stated First Litigation Services. Google this number and nothing comes up. Claimed he was calling due to lack of response from documents that were sent (supposedly certified and signed for) regarding an outstanding loan with CashNet USA in the amount of $350.00. Never received any documents or signed for them, not did my husband and I don't have an outstanding loan with CashNet USA. I believe this is scam. When I called and he picked up all he said is hello....really no company name, no employee name. And if letter was sent certified and signed for he should have the name of who signed for it, correct? Scary the amount of information these people have.
call said he was a attorney from sterling and sterling and want to know that mr phillips sent paperwork to my home (received nothing of course) man said concerning criminal case against me (they do not send things for criminal cases) what a joke. told him to get a life outside of mind.
I received the same call on my voicemail from a Mr. Phillips saying he was from Sterling Law Group, which there is a company with that name but not that number or even in the same area code. He said he was calling regarding some papers that were sent to me and he has not received a response yet. I have not received any paperwork. I've gotten several calls lately with this same thing. I will not be calling them back.
I received a call from this number saying they are calling about a lawsuit filed against me but didn't even say my name on the voicemail. Sounds like a scam.
