It's a scam, I get these calls ever few years when some new scam artist gets my number and info . They will threaten legal action and say they will send the police to your house, just do what I do and warn your friends and family about it. I also like to mess with them on the phone
Same thing here said they were filing fraud and felony charges on me but they never state who they are with and want to set up some kind of payment arrangements for a payday loan in 2012 I never took out but had info on me like my old back and my friends numbers called the police they said it sounded like a scam

Got the same call today it's a scam she couldn't tell me the name of a payday company she was collecting for or business address. And I owe no one. Check your credit report before paying any of these bogus calls
