I get these calls several times a day. Sometimes there is already someone on the line and they begin speaking a foreign languga, very rapidly. I am not a linguist but it sounds like an orintal language as opposed to european or latin. Sometimes I answer and I hear ringing and then someone picks up and begins the rapid banter again. Very annoying.
