A neutral but very serious female voice says the IRS has opened a case on "you", please call us immediately for assistance. This is a particularly cruel and scary pre-recorded spam message for anyone gullible or elderly or even listening in a rush. Just disgusting.
Called my 83 year-old dementia-ed husband's flip phone twice. Obviously started the message during his message as all I heard was the number to call back. Did not call back. Looked up the number ... how do these people get our numbers?
