After receiving multiple calls from this number every day for weeks, I finally picked up. CID read: LAPSUS. Female asked if she was speaking with the homeowner. I asked if she knew homeowner's name. She said no but was calling to offer lower interest rate on my mortgage. Informed her we have no pre-existing business relationship, advised my phone number was on DNC list and told her to cease and desist. She said she would place me on their DNC list. No calls from that number since 12/2/2016. Now getting calls from 951-800-2158.
