Joe..I hope you come back and see this message. I was told by Verizon that I can't purchase anything that would work without them providing the actual "service". If this is wrong PLEASE reply back. Any help is appreciated. I'll buy ANYTHING to stop these calls but was told I couldn't???
I've received the same message 3 times in the past month, all from different cities. A man's voice says "Hello, this is Mark Morrison, How are you today?" Most the time it will go on to say "Are you there?" when my answering machine fails to respond to him, but at one point he went on to state he is collecting for a police officers fund. Obviously a scam but I believe this is one of those robo recordings with an operator pressing keys to make "Mark" speak, as the message sounds identical each time. This week Mark has called from Denver, CO and Michigan, and the week before he called from Texas. What can I say, the man gets around.
