Got a message from a caller stating her name was Nicole Brown (how original). She said she was representing a client who was going to file court papers against me if I did not call her back. She tried to sound official by saying the call was being recorded blah, blah, blah. Another dead beat trying to scare people into giving them money. Debt collector scam, beware.

I TALKED TO TERRY ELLIS AND she was nice to me. she had my info also but she offer me to call to talk with to bank that send my account to them. i called and i so owe a bill on a credit card i forgot about. i always pay my bills and do not want that on my mind that i stole something from a bank.i am in a payment plan and i suggest you do the same Elizabeth.
