Received the same message as everyone else here. It does concern me when I receive these calls because it makes me think that someone else may have used my identity to actually get a payday loan. It makes me wonder why I would even be on their phone list. So much evil in the world...makes me sad!
Didn't recognize number so I didn't answer. Left a recorded message saying I was approved, after a second look, for a loan of $1350 (I never applied for). Blocked this number.

Automated call saying I was accepted for a $---- payday loan.
Press 1 to accept, press 6 to decline and be removed from list. I pressed 6. [Going to be interesting to see if I ever get another call from this number.]
Several laws were violated: time of day and my number is on DO NOT CALL LIST.
I will be filing complaints / report to appropriate authorities in hopes whoever is making this auto dial call gets a huge fine.
