Got the robo call (202-552-6638) stating it was the IRS and that I was subject to arrest for tax fraud. I called back and questioned them (George Wilson and Alex Belton) they told me I could not hang up or I would be arrested! They wanted me to pay $3,500 but needed to use iTunes gift cards as the payment method as these were "more secure" than credit cards! Reported this to the police (unhelpful) and the DOJ.
