Who called from 6825036875

Caller ID calls this "Program Office."  We are on the national do not call list and continue to receive calls from this number.  They also list themselves as "Community Event."  They called today twice and probably six times in the last few weeks.  They never leave a message.

ID say Community Event...I have 682 area code blocked, so they must have another # they use also...
