Miss Hill left msg about civil complaint. Had last 4 digits of SS number. I called back spoke with a very rude Mr Avery. Would not give me any information as I was not about to give my SS number or confirm anything with him. When I asked what it was regarding he got rude said I was uncooperative and said I would be referred to legal department, papers would be served Thursday. Why Thursday and if it was a legitimate issue then why not offer up the information instead of being evasive and rude. I reported the information and number.
