This is Chrysler financial's collection agency, the department who harasses you upon contesting bogus charges and fees they place against you.  Don't answer it nor return the call.  it will place you higher on their priorities to harrass into getting money which they don't deserve.

The guy who is calling us sounds ghetto.  We can barely understand what he's slurring out.
