These Idiots @ Chrysler are just that Idiots and clearly quite Dumb!
Chrylser Finance relocated some of their submissions and other related personnel into the Collection Departments, which SOME of the personnel should understand that majority of people are out of work, including the rest of their departments that were eliminated. Therefore they should be a little more understanding on the phone. MOST of the persons that call me on the 3rd day of a payment being late are RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! There are several other adverbs for them!!!!
I have tried to move my payment date since I bought my second car through Chrylser and can not get ONE intelligent person on the phone to change the date so that I am not late. I get one monthly check and I needed their date moved in either direction. I am clearly going through bank for financing next car, NEVER EVER be attached to Chrylser FInance AGAIN!
This is Chrysler Financial. If they are calling, they are looking for someone who is late on or has missed a payment on a vehicle financed through Chrysler. They are ruthless. As soon as you are a day or two late, get prepared to get numerous phone calls a day from them. They will call from multiple different numbers hoping to confuse people into answering the phone without realizing it is Chrysler. They have actually started calling us from our own area code. At first I thought it was someone we knew so I answered it, but quickly realized that it was Chrysler demanding to know where their money was. Forget getting any sympathy from them if you have lost your job. They don't care. They want you to pull the money out of thin air and pay your payment. Guess they forgot Chrysler's little bailout earlier in the year came out of all the taxpayers pockets. They might do well to remember that without that, they would have crashed and burned, leaving all their little collection people out of work themselves.
I will NEVER BUY another car from CHRYSLER again! Simply because i can't stand the way they call you 5-10 times a day if you are late on your payment not to mention all the spoofed numbers they've tried to use:

I am just a local business person but I wanted to correct some information you are saying. The bailout that you are referring to is not for Chrysler Financial, it was for Chrysler LLC (the car manufacturing company). The two are completely seperate companies, Chrysler Financial did not file bankruptcy Chrysler Motors did. I am not defending their actions calling you, I am always hearing people lumping different companies into the different bailouts there were never part of them.
They called me about a $60.00 charge for over mileage on a lease I just turned in. Not only did I tell them this was paid in full, I also let them know I can't believe they are calling for $60.00 after I just purchased a $28,000.00 vehicle through Chrysler financial. If they expect me to buy another Dodge I expect this $60.00 to be removed
