He said "you have a dead body?" I never said anything else just let him talk until he figured out I wasn't talking anymore. Wasted his time and saved another caller. Then I blocked the number.

This call was preceded by a robo-call from 'Number Unavailable' about two hours earlier.
Perhaps the first robo-caller is calling every possible number in a given area code and prefix, and then reporting which numbers ring (answered or not) to another robo-caller using this number 682-990-9646 to sell stuff.
