Yes - this person is a scammer. Just tried scamming me and my husband who are looking for a home to rent in Everett, WA area. This other number is also associated with this [***]. (701) 253-0151.
We almost got scammed by this. Empty house in Port Charlotte, FL. Even used name of owner in his reply email, saying it was his wife. Did due diligence and checked the property owner info on the county website, could not find his name anywhere in records, and reverse searched the phone numbers he gave 701-205-0955 and 701-557-3660.
Posing as home owners renting fictitious Zillow rental info had owners real name had owners name attached to email address swallowed it Hook Line & Sinker till I saw real estate sign in yard and called realtor found out the property was not for rent doing more diligent investigating discovered phone numbers Dakota guy said it was an ROV operator could only correspond by email total scam thank God I have never given a money we didn't get that far but beware Tampa Florida
