I don't know the number or even why they would call. But this is the 5th time they've called in a weeks time. The most recent is the first time I picked up as they call while i'm asleep, the phone was quiet with either mumbling or a tv in the background. a full 4 minutes of the small noise wondering if the caller's phone is weak and no clear responses to my "hello?" I hang up. I don't know anyone personally in North Dakota, at least the place the location is saying its from.
