This number called my cell on Thursday and I returned the call Friday from my landline. A lady who said she was Emily Peterson offered to lower my mortgage rate. I said, "How do you even know I have a mortgage?" which left her speechless for a few seconds then she admitted "I don't actually know if you do" so I asked her "do you know what state I'm in?" and she hung up.
