Called at 10:30pm. Said my computer was infected with a virus. Threatened the Indian accented dude that I would contact local authorities & BBB. His response was that I don't have the balls to do it and called me a f'ing di@k
Lady with a thick, foreign accent called to inform me that my Windows computer was infected. She could not tell me which computer, only that it had Microsoft Windows. I kept saying to take me off the list and then hung up. She then called me back TWICE from 888-263-6384. She also threatened to lock my computer. I told her to take me off their call list. I've gotten several of these types of calls at all hours. I'm sick of it!
Called multiple times daily during the past week telling us that they show an error on our computer. Couldn't tell us which one (desktop or laptop) and asked how many computers we had. Insisted that our Windows system is infected. Told them to stop harassing us.
