Same here, got a call saying that the IRS has issued a warrant. My CPA told me that the IRS would never contact you this way. Blocking number. Wonder how many people actually give them money.
First call came in at 8:05 am. Robo call stating this was final call from IRS The reason of call is that IRS is filing lawsuit against me and to call to get information on case call back. Call the number back, no answer. LOL SPAM.
I called back and had an office Steven Harris that even gave me a batch number. Tried to tell me I owe over 9K in taxes and there is a warrant out for me. When he realized I was not giving him any money he got loud and rude. He had a very strong accent. Total scam. Watchi it. He wanted $ 9K from me.
