Who called from 7013540112

Caller ID showed: "Bismark  ND".
Highly suspicious, but I picked up.
They hung up as soon as I said, "Hello".
Now blocked.

Left no message

Got a call from this number, I picked up but they hang up,  I didn't call back - This is a one-ring call and must be scams.

CID said "ND FUNDING GRP" Did not answer as they called a seldom used business line. Left no message. I never answer calls from unfamiliar callers or strange area codes. Know all the folks we do business with and this ain't one of them!

Caller ID just said ND, either it was 1 ring and they hung up or they hung up when I answered. I couldn't tell.
