Caller says they are from AT&T. They are NOT!!!!!!! I have my account blocked so anyone outside of AT&T can't transfer services. If they were legit, they would use their own name not another.
It's a live person. Asked to speak with the person who handles the telephone account. She is claiming to be AT&T, but I know better. She wants to lower our rates.....yeah, right.
LIve person calls, claims to be the "outbound call center" for AT&T in Nashville Tn. It is a North Dakota area code. We have contacted AT&T, they have no such center.
