Called my DNC registered landline. I accidentally picked up. The female robo voice said, Due to my on time payments on my Visa and MasterCard accounts that they can offer zero interest rates. SCAM ALERT!  I decided to play along for fun. I'm number 18 on the waiting list. It's the same voice and tones the Rachel credit lowering scam uses. I didn't move beyond 16 and couldn't waste any more time.
My service provider shows the call was from Russia. The Whitepages says the number is invalid.
