They're still around. Called today 04/26/2016, did not answer, no message, caller id says "unavailable". Based on previous people's experiences, with one week before the important Indiana presidential primary, I suspect it was a survey.
I have family in Fargo, so end up answering these calls thinking it's them.
They have called at least a half-dozen times, and sometimes they do disconnect. I believe this company is calling to set up paid focus groups. I used to do a lot of these studies, so I might have registered for something in the past.
The people that are on the phone sound like they could definitely be in Fargo.
Just got a call from this number. ID said Fargo ND. I never answer these, but I do appreciate all the people who post here as it lets me know it's not a personal call I should answer.
