Who called from 7015524693

when I answered no one was there.  I called back, since it was a ND number and was told it was disconnected......twice!

It sounds like they used caller id spoofing.

just got another call but didn't answer....they are listed as vip services
we are not answering!

701 is a ND number but also a cell phone in India number.  VIP svcs is not a ND business.

I just got a call from this number 701-552-4693, with vip services. I called it back and said the number was disconnected. I called back the same day 2 hours later on Feb. 23, 5:32pm. they called.
