It is remotely possible that a few of these parasites may indeed possess some form of rudimentary conscience, regardless of how shockingly limited the number of brain cells defines the scope. Should these energy vampires at least have some awareness of when they are up to no good, they can, as a minimum, take pride in existing as sociopaths. Anything less, and they will have to be satisfied with leaving in their paths the slime trails of full-blown psychopaths!
