Good luck with Rachael. I've been trying to get rid of her for ten years and several hundred calls. It originated from the banks that issue your credit cards. After a few dozen complaints to the FTC, they cycle your number to a hundred unscrupulous associates.
The FTC is bragging they busted them. But it didn't, obviously.
Don't give the banks your phone number, and that helps. And? Read the form your bank sends you once a year about who they give your number to.
Finally othough, only a huge class action suit against the banks will stop this. They got a special right to harass you from congress though.
Message that said, "We're sorry, but all of our trained representatives are busy..."
Called the number back from a land line and got the same message.
Yeah, they're busy scamming other people...
Reported it to the Do Not Call web site.
