Said she was a student caller from North Dakota State University taking a survey on electric service to my area. Said I was doing home care for my grandmother, that my mother paid the bills and that I don't know who provides our electrical service. She was rude, said that she wasn't going to do the survey if I didn't want to, and hung up on me.
