Oddly, received a text-message-to-email from this number that just says "What's up?" today at 3:16 PM EST.
The email contains a little additional info through the phone company (came via Bell Canada which I don't even use for service myself, so they didn't get my information via that route) and noted with "This message was sent from a Bell mobile phone." There's also additional info in it that says the routing country of the original message came from country dialling code +48 which is Poland. I definitely don't know anyone in Poland, so if I had to guess, I'd say this was a wiped and unlocked phone being used for spam or a scam.
